01. Melon Selection
No artificial flavors, no added sugars, just pure melon essence. Nothing added but time and care.
02. Alcohol Infusion
Selected melons are carefully peeled and immersed in pure grain alcohol for up to two days, allowing the natural oils and essence to slowly extract into the spirit.
03. Filtration & Blending
After the infusion period, the melon-infused alcohol is carefully filtered and blended with pure water to achieve the perfect balance, following the De Riso family's three-generation tradition.
04. Hand Bottling
Each bottle is hand-filled and sealed in the family's Minori workshop to ensure the purest quality before reaching your table.
